Design Process

The first step is to have a very simple description of the project, or you can facilitate as many design documents as possible. This first approach is fundamental to create the original sketch. With the help of computer programs, hand layouts and other illustration techniques, I will generate series of digital scans. The sketch will have various angles and views. I will provide the best scans for your approval. I will have your revisions and notes, and I will incorporate the new details to the original sketch.

The second step, after the first approval, is to develop the sketch into more accurate and delineate drawing; it will have more specific details. It will have the necessary revisions until the whole concept is approved. If you decide to include modifications at this stage, I will notify you with the extra charges before I continue with my work.

The third step, I will design the rendering using different techniques like watercolors, markers, color pencils, inks, and any other means needed to accomplish the finest Architectural Rendering achievable. I will deliver the final product printed in high quality paper selected for your needs, and I will give you a copy of all data burnt onto a master CD.
